Thermage and collagen growth

The Thermage Sydney Clinic offers thermage as a treatment for individuals wishing to tighten and smooth the contours of their skin. Whilst thermage can be performed on most parts of the body, it is increasingly used as a form of non surgical facelift. As it is a non-invasive procedure, many patients find thermage preferable to a rhytidectomy (facelift) which requires the removal and surgical alteration of facial skin. This can be painful and takes months to heal, with potential for scarring. Is is also very expensive.

Thermage however, is not. The process is quick, normally taking less than two hours, and should result in no physical damage to your skin. Thermage uses concentrated, infra-red light to heat your skin whilst stimulating your natural collagen growth- which helps keep the skin above it firm and smooth. The Thermage Melbourne Clinic also uses the process as a means of correcting asymmetry and eyebrow lifting. It can also combat the appearance of cellulite.
